Grant Medical Clinic Manager
Will be responsible for management of Grant Medical Clinic operations including nursing and financial staff. This individual will act as a liaison between Chief Executive Officer and our Medical Staff Providers.
The Grant Medical Clinic manager will manage, maintain and communicate the providers daily schedule in conjunction with each individual Medical Staff Provider.
The manager must have the ability to understand the goals of the practice and work to obtain these goals both independently and with the direction of the Medical Staff Provider and Leadership Team.
Overall responsibility to manage and supervise the operational and administrative functions, activities and projects, monitoring delivery of patient services, planning for space allocation, acting as a patient liaison with patients, specialists, hospitals and health plans.
The Grant Medical Clinic Manager is responsible for the effective leadership, supervision of clinic staff within the Rural Health Clinics, establishing staff scheduling and work assignments, working with employees to resolve complaints, issues, and bringing to resolution customer/resident/patient complaints.
The Grant Medical Clinic Manager will actively participate in the budgeting process, hiring process, development of job descriptions, performance evaluations, and orientation of new employees.
Works collaboratively with the Medical Staff Providers and Senior Leadership team to establish and implement the goals of the organization, ensures consistent standards of practice to achieve operational excellence, manages expenses via the specific practice budget, and ensures the practice is consistent with PCHS policies and procedures and standards of care.
Develops and puts into place safety protocols and regulations, ensuring Grant Medical Clinic is in compliance with Perkins County Hospital, Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services, the Federal Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, and Rural Health Clinic requirements.

EDUCATION:
Minimum of a two-year Nursing or Business Degree, preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of Physician Practice experience and supervisory healthcare experience is preferred.
LICENSURE:
No Licensure requirement, however a Certified Physician Practice Manager (CPPM) is preferred.
