MyCareCorner Patient Portal

Patient Portal is a secure online website that gives patients convenient 24-hour access to personal health information from anywhere with an internet connection. By using a secure username and password, patients can view their health information online.

Is there an age limit to who can have a Portal Account?

Yes, ages 19 and older. In the state of Nebraska, you are not considered to be an adult until you turn 19.

How can I look at my minor child's portal data?

To view your minor child's (under the age of 12) portal data , we will associate a child's account to a parent/legal guardian's portal account.

Why can't I see my minor child's portal data over the age of 12?

Due to Nebraska State Laws and Regulations, there are specific tests and discussions with providers that minors can have without parental consent, therefore this information cannot be released to the parent or legal guardian. Currently, our portal cannot exclude this type of data based on the age of the patient so accounts will be disconnected at the age of 13 and accounts will not be allowed until the minor's 19th birthday. We hope that in the future we will have a way to exclude this type of data so that as a parent or legal guardian you can access your minor child's portal information that you need until the child turns 19.
